How long will it take to get up and running on Terake?

You can start using Terake from the moment an account is created and a mobile app is downloaded to the Google Play store. App of Terake start running quickly. 

Who on my company has access to Terake data and app?

You select who uses Terake on your company. It is possible to set up different access individually, so it is up to you to decide what kind of data members of your team have access to.

How often do I need to update the Terake desktop and mobile app?

Terake software is in the clouds, which means that you do not have to download new version every time we make an updates – all new features will automatically be accesseible the next time you sign in on your desktop computer. Your mobile phone will also automatically update if you have that settings turned on, or you will get a prompt on your next login.

Do I have to hire someone who manages Terake?

No, quite the opposite – Terake makes running your company easier, not more complicated. Our customers have noticed that using Terake gives them more time to focus on things that need real attention – business management. 

What kind of mobile device does Terake work on?

The Terake web app works on all computers and the mobile app works on all Android smartphones and tablets.
